The Transport – Non-Sovereign Operations (NSO) Division (PICU.4) of the Infrastructure and Urban Development Department has the responsibility to originate, structure and execute non-sovereign infrastructure investments in transport and urban development. Sub-sectors include bridges and highways, railways, maritime transport, air transport, pipelines, logistic platforms, urban mobility and public transportation, cities, and housing. It provides support to projects in the form of the various instruments offered by the Bank: project finance, corporate loans, guarantees and equity investments.

Due to increasing amount of transactions and business opportunities, the NSO Infrastructure Division wishes to hire a consultant with over 15 years of experience in project finance and infrastructure PPPs, with an emphasis on identifying new investment opportunities and execute infrastructure transactions.
