The African Development Bank seeks a qualified audit firm to carry out an independent financial and compliance audit of the YouthADAPT Accelerator implemented by an external delivery partner and financed by the African Climate Change Fund. The assignment covers the review of financial statements, expenditure records, procurement and disbursement processes, internal control systems, and all supporting documentation related to accelerator activities. The audit will verify that funds were used for their intended purposes, assess the eligibility and accuracy of costs incurred, evaluate the adequacy of financial management and internal controls, and confirm compliance with the Bank’s rules and procedures. The engagement will result in an audit opinion and a management letter detailing findings and recommendations.
