The role will also involve implementing and maintaining content workflows and publishing processes, integrating third-party tools and services, and monitoring website performance, security, and uptime. In addition, the consultant will collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to improve site functionality and content presentation, document CMS features and workflows, support content migration and backup processes, coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with best practices, and provide technical support and training to content editors.
