The Communication and External Relations Department (PCER) manages a comprehensive portfolio of institutional websites that serve as critical channels for engaging with stakeholders, sharing knowledge, and promoting the Bank's mission and activities. The Bank has adopted Drupal as its Content Management System (CMS), enabling multilingual content delivery in English, French, Portuguese, and Arabic.
To maintain and enhance these digital platforms, PCER requires a skilled web developer consultant who can contribute to both the technical infrastructure and content excellence of the Bank's web presence.
Objectives
The primary objectives of this assignment are to:
- Ensure consistent maintenance, updates, and optimization of the Bank's institutional websites
- Implement best practices in web development, content management, and user experience design
- Enhance website performance, security, and search engine visibility
- Support PCER team in delivering high-quality digital communications that advance the Bank's strategic objectives
Stakeholders:
Key stakeholders include: PCER2 Division Manager, Senior Corporate Infomaster, web development team, content creators, multimedia specialists, social media team, editorial staff, and various Bank departments requiring web presence and digital communications support.
