The services to be provided under the Assignment include:
a) The consultant will lead the drafting of the country strategic context study for the CEWA PAR, ensuring alignment with AfDB guidelines and WMO priorities. This will include analyzing country and sectoral contexts, institutional frameworks, and development partner coordination, as well as justifying AfDB’s involvement in the project.
b) The consultant will engage online with key stakeholders—including NMHSs, government agencies, development partners, and local communities—to gather insights, ensure transparency, and build consensus around the assessment findings.
